The Principal Specialist Aftermarket Sourcing and Licensing will support the Aftermarket Supply Chain Team by providing valuable customer support data analytics and financial reporting to support our repair sourcing and licensing portfolio. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication and teamwork and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions and levels of the organization. This candidate will bring creative problem solving skills and an eye to continuous process improvement.

What You Will Do:

  • Intake requests for new license agreements

  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for new revenue generation from licensing or strategic sourcing opportunities

  • Help develop supply chain strategies to support all CE programs in various program lifecycles

  • Analyze supplier spend and performance metrics to support critical supplier reviews and site strategies

  • Forecast and manage key metrics for the CE Materials Solutions organization

  • Manage key projects for automation and continuous process improvement for Materials Solutions and the CE Aftermarket organization

  • Communicate with external suppliers and stakeholders on royalty submissions invoicing status system troubleshooting and additional related matters

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelors degree and 5 years prior experience in supply chain data analytics or other related field or Advanced degree and 3 years prior experience in supply chain data analytics or other related field

  • U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Proven experience with data analytics and data mining

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

  • Experience with Tableau and SAP

  • Ability to read and interpret contracts

This role is:

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles commuting to and from the assigned site is the employees personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
