ABOUT THE POSITION
Working with a talented team in Normandales Textbook Depot you will use your exceptional customer service skills along with basic computer skills and your superior attention to detail to ensure our students have the books and materials they need to progress toward their educational goals. You will assist with receiving and shelving books fulfilling web orders and helping students with placing their web orders along with providing customer service via email phone and in-person to students staff and faculty. Normandale is currently hiring for 10 open positions.
This position will actively advance the colleges strategic goals including to achieve equity in educational outcomes and to support a culturally responsive and service-oriented culture through individual and departmental efforts.
