Responsible for operations of dish machine and 3 compartment pot sink to clean wash and sanitize all unit utensils & cookware. Responsible for maintaining all floors and windows in the department takes out trash and cleans hoods and any other equipment that needs cleaning. Others duties may be assigned.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for washing and sanitizing utensils pots and pans to keep free from germs.
2. Responsible for cleaning floors windows restrooms and assigned equipment.
3. Responsible for garbage removal.
4. Requires positive interaction with co-workers clients supervisors and the public at large.
5. Put up stock and pull as needed.
6. Follow all company and clients policies rules and regulations.
7. Assist cook if needed.
8. Attend daily line meetings and in service.
9. Crack and clean tables in the cafeteria area.
10. Assist with caterings on and off campus as needed.
11. Wash and sanitize utensils pots and pans following company standards completing task by the end of shift.
12. Assist cooks as requested to meet deadlines for meal preparation and delivery.
13. Drive department van to make deliveries on campus.
13. Other duties as assigned.
