What Youll Do as a Drain Technician
In this full-time role youll enjoy a steady work schedule that gives you balance in your professional and personal life. Every day offers a variety and the chance to solve real challenges while making a difference for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operate drain-clearing and hydro-jetting equipment
- Use drain cameras to accurately diagnose issues
- Perform light plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with your team to deliver effective efficient service
- Recommend long-term solutions to help customers avoid future problems
- Provide exceptional customer service that builds lasting relationships
What Were Looking For
To thrive in this role you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of drain experience
- At least 1 year of general plumbing experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to grow
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Sales experience is a plus!
