What Youll Do:
As the Planning and Analysis Manager youll be the financial ambassador for the company ensuring all actions align with the businesss strategic goals. Youll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the companys financial health and long-term growth by:
- Leading Financial Strategy:Oversee the analysis and preparation of monthly and quarterly financial results forecasts and annual business plans.
- Driving Insights:Analyze financial data to uncover trends risks and growth opportunities that help shape our strategies and decision-making.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:Manage the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning ensuring alignment with business goals and growth initiatives.
- Improving Processes:Drive improvements in financial reporting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborating Across Teams:Work cross-functionally to implement new strategies and align financial plans with our companys objectives.
- Supporting Growth:Evaluate investments acquisitions and capital expenditures to fuel our expansion and future success.
What Youll Bring:
Youll be someone who thrives on challenge and collaboration with a solid foundation in financial planning forecasting and analysis. Were looking for someone with:
- A Strong Financial Background:At least 3 years of experience in finance accounting or a planning and analysis role with a proven ability to align activities with strategic business goals.
- Advanced Analytical Skills:Proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and analysis with expertise in GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Leadership & Team Collaboration:Ability to lead motivate and inspire your team while fostering collaboration across departments to drive results.
- Technical Savvy:Advanced Excel skills familiarity with financial software and a strong understanding of financial applications.
- Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving:Strong communication and critical thinking abilities to articulate complex financial data in a clear concise way.
