Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as aSoftware Business Analystin a SaaS environment or working on complex software systems.
- Proven expertise inrequirements gatheringtechnical documentation andQA testing.
- Proficiency with tools likeJiraPostman andMS Office.
- Bachelors degree in computer science (or related field) preferred or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to work effectively across teams and with external clients.
