Job Description
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of AI services and software tools across departments.
- Support the IT team in maintaining system performance troubleshooting issues and ensuring secure integration of AI tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and optimize AI tool usage.
- Monitor and document AI tool performance user feedback and system logs.
- Participate in training sessions and create user guides to help staff adopt new technologies.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI cloud services and enterprise software.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in IT support software development or systems administration.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g. Microsoft Copilot Azure AI OpenAI APIs) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of scripting or programming languages (e.g. Python PowerShell JavaScript).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and cloud-based services.
- Exposure to automation tools and workflow optimization.
- Interest in machine learning natural language processing or data analytics.
