Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of experienced engineering staff duties of this position include assisting in the operation and maintenance of all boilers HVAC and related equipment as well as general maintenance on guest rooms public areas and meeting spaces as needed.
Performs duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience:
- Minimum of a High School diploma GED or trade school diploma.
Qualifications:
- Must be a current member of the International Union of Operating Engineers-Local 399 Engineer Apprenticeship program.
- To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge skills and/or abilities required.
Certificates/Credentials/Licenses:
- Must be enrolled in apprentice program through IUOE Local 399
- Must maintain good standing with IUOE Local 399 throughout employment
Physical Demands:
- Lifting Carrying Standing Climbing Crawling/Kneeling Repetitive Motions
Working Conditions:
- Lighting Heating Ventilation Odors Noise Heights Danger Irregular Hours Exposure to Inclement Weather
Additional Information :
Compensation: $18.25 per hour
Visa Requirements: Successful candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
