YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You lead the coordination of administrative and technical processes that directly support our Small to Medium Enterprise sales teams
You assist sales agents by handling account creation credit checks and deal setup to keep their focus on customers
You manage customer inquiries data updates and ensure accurate communication between clients and internal departments
You maintain seamless subscription bookings SX calculations and Salesforce approval creation based on sales input
You support special campaigns and scheduling appointments to help increase client engagement and satisfaction
You handle daily mailbox monitoring categorizing and processing emails during sales agents absences
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You have 2 years of experience in administrative support sales operations or customer service.
Education You have a High School diploma and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Technical Proficiency You are proficient in computer navigation including Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills can multi-task effectively and excel in professional communication.
Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Travel You are flexible and willing to travel within the designated territory if required.
