Brainwonders is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Intern to support both our sales initiatives and event delegate acquisition. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills a passion for networking and an eagerness to learn about strategic outreach and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify research and reach out to potential clients and partners via cold calls emails and LinkedIn.
Acquire delegates for events by pitching the value proposition and building interest among prospects.
Generate revenue through targeted delegate sales from both new and existing clients.
Collaborate with the conference production and sales teams to align outreach with event objectives.
Maintain and update CRM/database with lead and outreach activity.
Assist in scheduling calls demos and follow-ups to nurture leads and close deals.
Support the end-to-end coordination of delegate participation at Brainwonders events.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with outbound calls and professional email writing
Highly organised self-motivated and goal-oriented
Interest in sales event marketing or business development
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or spreadsheets is a plus
