We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Production Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our production floor.
As the Production Manager you will supervise skilled individual contributors engaged in manufacturing operations utilizing process controls lean manufacturing principles specialized instruments and chemicals with minimal daily supervision. You will also be monitoring key performance indicators while facilitating business growth through digital innovations.
This is a people and production management role which may grow in scope and responsibility as business needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
Work Schedule: Monday Friday from 2:00 PM 11:00 PM PST (2nd Shift) with occasional Saturday coverage as needed to support production schedules.
Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Operations or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment with prior experience in a supervisory or project management role.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing process controls and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proven ability to lead teams manage performance and drive results.
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to safety quality and compliance.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
