As a Call Center Supervisor you will:
- Notify telephone company of switchboard operational difficulties reported by operators.
- Maintain record of incoming and outgoing long distance and tie line calls noting duration and time of calls.
- Compile a phone directory arrange for distribution to designated personnel and keep record of directories distributed.
- Assign switchboard positions.
- Determine work procedures prepare work schedules and expedite workflow.
- Issue written and oral instructions.
- Assign duties and examine work for exactness neatness and compliance to policies and procedures.
- Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
- Maintain harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
- Prepare composite reports from individual reports of subordinates.
- Adjust errors and manage complaints.
- Train new team members and keep attendance records.
- Ensure faxes and mail is distributed and handled correctly.
- Conduct a daily audit and trace any questionable phone problems.

Requirements
- 1 year previous supervisory experience in call-center environment required.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Drivers License to drive company golf carts.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure every guest is welcomed and assisted.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive courteous and service-oriented manner.
