Role overview:
Working as a key member of the manufacturing team as an Industrial Engineer you will monitor plan and design manufacturing processes.
This position will be based in LEAR Corporation Vigo.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plans oversees and coordinates activities concerned with development design construction modification and maintenance of equipment machinery and facilities.
- Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment workflow assembly methods and work force utilization.
- Conducts studies in operations to maximize workflow and spatial utilization. Ensures facility efficiency and workplace safety.
- Determines parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification.
Key skills and Qualifications:
- University Graduate with bachelors degree in industrial engineering or a related field
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Experience working in a manufacturing plant
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of production machinery
