Job Description
As a Logistics Intern you will be in charge of various tasks and projects including:
- Support needed for upcoming S4/dEWM migration
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing inventory levels and material flow
- Support logistics planning and optimization projects.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. purchasing sales) and external partners (e.g. suppliers carriers).
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics KPIs and dashboards.
- Support digitalization efforts and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports presentations and documentation for internal use.
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights based on collected data and observations.
- Assist in yearly inventory organization and execution.
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Logistics Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering Business Administration or a related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA or EWM is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Additional knowledge of VBA and Power BI is an advantage

If you are a student enrolled in a University/College (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of 105600/month.
If you want to apply for a voluntary internship you must be a citizen of the EU or have a work permit in Belgium.
In case that you need to do a mandatory internship your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.
