- Enhance market and competitor knowledge consistently so METRO adapt its strategy accordingly.
- Customer file maintenance and customer analysis before visit.
- Preplanning customer sales and buying trends analysis before visit. Cap analysis regarding the objectives selling and outcome post visit.
- Objective definition per customer and action plan definition per customer.
- Al least one competitor visits monthly and competitors follow-up if needed
