Responsibilities
Administration of customer Quotations & Contract Ie change modify create coordinate for closure
Sales Order Processing ie - create sale order as per requirement of the process like packed goods bulk order FOC express sales Oder handling
Create Sales Order with Letter of Credit (L/C)
Monitor orders - like rejections modify resolve block orders
Sales Order support - Complaint handling create consignment billing return pick up as per the process
Customer Support - Daily supervising the assigned orders and exceptions validations
Support Payment Collection
Qualifications/Experience we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
SAP ERP experience
Proficiency on Excel (Formulas Filters Lookups Pivot etc.)
Customer Focus Listening Attention to Detail Data Entry documentation Multi-tasking abilities required
Graduate
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred - Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration
