About the Role
This is a senior leadership role within Cornwall Councils Statutory SEND Service with a specialist focus on children inn our in theextra care cohort aged 0-25 and young people inYear 9 and above who are Preparing for Adulthood.
Asone of two Statutory SEND Team Leads you will lead a team responsible for the review and oversight of Education Health and Care (EHC) plans for young people aged 1425. You will also oversee the extra care team supporting children and young people with complex needs including those in care on child protection plans or with significant health conditions aged 0-25 years.
You will work closely with the Enterprise and Employability team post-16 providers and commissioners to ensure young people have access to high-quality aspirational pathways into adulthood.
