We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy or Restaurant Manager to lead our team and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
Salary: Approx OTE 45000 (38000 approx. 7000 service charge)
Working 5 out of 7 days. Including most weekends.
The restaurant is open in the evenings!! This means you will be working the majority of shifts during the day. There could be several shifts a week in the evening when we have large events on during the height of event season.

Lead train and motivate a team to deliver a world-class guest experience.Maintain and improve service standards while driving efficiency and profitability.Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between FOH and BOH.Manage staffing levels rotas and recruitment to ensure smooth service.Handle guest feedback professionally maintaining a strong brand reputation.Monitor financial performance including sales targets cost control and P&L analysis.Ensure full compliance with health safety and licensing regulations.Drive marketing initiatives and partnerships to enhance visibility and footfall.Represent both Benugo and the Ashmolean with pride and positivity.Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume venue.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere.
- A hands-on lead-by-example management style.
- Knowledge of Londons hospitality scene and tourist market is a plus.
