Are you driven by delivering real impact at the intersection of business technology and user needs Do you want to help shape the future of charging for electric commercial vehicles in Europe TRATON Charging Solutions is looking for a Specialist Product Management e-Mobility to guide the execution of our product strategy and drive meaningful outcomes for fleet operators across the continent.
Youll act as the bridge between business goals user needs and technical execution. Collaborating closely with stakeholders you will ensure that the right features are evaluated planned delivered on time and meet the desired outcomes. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking communication skills and hands-on delivery.
/ Roadmap and Prioritization:
Develop and maintain a product roadmap prioritizing features and improvements based on business impact and feasibility
/ Product Discovery & Validation:
Lead the product discovery process to explore validate and refine new ideas. Analyse user feedback define solutions and test assumptions to ensure the product meets real user needs
/ Ensuring feature readiness & Delivery:
Making sure features meet acceptance criteria ensuring the feature delivers its valueand is aligned with the user needs and goals before released to user
/ Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar leadership role in eMobility SaaS platforms or cloud-based services
/ Strong understanding of product lifecycle management agile delivery practices and customer-centric development
/ Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product features and specifications
/ Familiarity with public charging infrastructure eMobility ecosystems or commercial fleet operations is a strong plus
/ Excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders behind a shared product vision
/ Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to validating ideas and measuring impact
