Your New Role:
As a Communications Officer (Projects) with KSC you will work with the Communications Team to inform the community and staff about Councils projects initiatives and decision making enhancing community understanding of Councils role the services it provides and our achievements whilst promoting and improving Councils reputation.

About You:
To be successful in this role you will possess tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as communications marketing public relations journalism advertising or a related field and/or significant demonstrated experience in lieu of formal qualifications; recent experience in a team environment in a communications media marketing or related field; recent experience developing and implementing communication plans and strategies; highly developed written and verbal communication skills; and strong judgment and problem solving in communicating information to an audience.
You are a passionate team player with excellent interpersonal skills strong relationship building negotiation and persuasive skills who will actively contribute to a positive workplace culture that celebrates successes commits to ongoing learning and upholds our organisations values.
