ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for an I.T guru to join our team as a Support Analyst on an 8 month MAT leave contract with a focus on our Retail & Merchandising systems. You will be responsible for supporting our Retail & Merchandising projects to ensure smooth system updates and changes. The role will require you to perform analysis and triage of incidents to ensure that we are providing solutions that assist people to perform at their best. We are customer focused at COG and we expect the same from our tech team too.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Relevant degree / Diploma qualification in I.T
Minimum 12 months in a 2nd line support role
Experience supporting Retail & Merchandising solutions
Experience / Knowledge of RMS/SMS is an advantage
Previous experience that demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills
Some SQL experience would be favourable
Proven ability to show empathy when solving problems
Possesses a logical mindset perhaps from a software development background
Has held previous roles that require a high level of trust
