Adjunct Faculty Position: Statistics
The Psychology Department at Covenant College an agency of the Presbyterian Church in American and an academically rigorous college emphasizing the liberal arts in the Reformed and Presbyterian tradition invites applications for an adjunct faculty position to teach STA 252 Elementary Statistics in Fall 2025. This course is intended primarily for Psychology Sociology and Sport Management majors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach STA 252 (a 3-credit undergraduate course)
Post syllabi and grades in a timely manner
Support retention efforts through early identification of students who are struggling offering students needed academic support and providing positive encouragement
Qualifications:
Commitment to the mission of Covenant College
Masters degree or at least 18 graduate hours in Psychology Sociology Statistics or a related field
Desire to engage in teaching from a biblical frame of reference
Teaching experience preferred
