Job Description
Toyota Service Business Development Centeris looking for a team member that can continually demonstrate professional and inter-personal skills with customers vendors and co-workers which ultimately results in high customer satisfactionthat can produce an environment of support and achieving goals together as a team with the ability to maintain a positive and cooperative atmosphere. Skills to problem solve in complex real world or ill-defined situations and strong organizational communication and customer care have good computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Valid drivers license with a good driving record
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Answer inbound calls
- Answer all caller questions using available tools and training
- Set service appointments
- Responds to email leads and in person appointment requests
- Outbound calling to confirm service appointments
- Outbound calling to schedule a new recall or service campaign
- Check on parts inventory for job being schedule whether it is a recall or service campaign
- Call guests and set up appointments once a special ordered part arrives.
- Customer follow-up i.e. missed appointments cancelled appointments 6 month no service calls
- Handles Service Connect calls and emails
