To support our continued growth and unwavering commitment to quality care Proud Moments ABA is seeking a dedicatedCare Coordinatorbased inNorth Bethesda MDto support families and children receiving in-home ABA therapy services. In this vital role you will serve as the key liaison between our clinical team and the families we serveensuring clear communication seamless coordination and a compassionate supportive experience throughout their care journey.
The ideal candidate is empathetic highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. We offer expert treatment innovative techniques and compassionate child-centered care.
Responsibilities
As a Proud Moments Care Coordinator youll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients and their families. Your focus will be on ensuring compassionate high-quality care by:
Coordinating carefor children with autism by assigning behavior technicians in collaboration with the Administrative Director and Talent Advisor
Supporting familiesas a friendly reliable point of contactpromptly responding to their questions concerns and needs
Upholding quality standardsby conducting regular quality assurance reviews with client families and the care team to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care
Qualifications

- Salary Range: $55k-$60k Annually
