Job Description

The Production Supervisor will lead a team of approximately 30-40 hourly associates ensuring a safe and productive workplace. This position involves troubleshooting daily equipment issues setting clear expectations for team members and providing ongoing feedback and coaching. The supervisor will also develop team members to become self-sufficient in their work responsibilities and lead process improvement initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams across various departments.

  • Background in managing production activities and quality control processes
  • Familiarity with CNC machines is a plus
