Job Description
This role involves managing projects from start to finish coordinating planning design equipment procurement and workforce allocation. Working alongside a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager you will ensure that projects are executed efficiently on time and in alignment with customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of HVAC controls projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate project design procurement scheduling and workforce allocation.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective project execution while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with Construction Managers or Senior Project Managers as needed.
- Manage customer expectations ensuring all specifications and deadlines are met.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging HVAC control technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management preferred (4 years).
- Alternative qualifications:
- Associate degree (2 years) 2 years of temperature controls experience OR
- 5 years of commercial HVAC project management experience OR
- 6 years of temperature controls experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems control systems building automation electrical systems energy management fire alarms and smoke removal systems.
- Understanding of engineering installation management and construction procedures.
