Overview of the Role:
Were seeking a dynamic Recruiter II to join our clients talent acquisition team in a hybrid role that combines strategic recruiting with meaningful relationship building. This position offers the opportunity to impact organizational growth by connecting exceptional talent with career-defining opportunities while implementing innovative recruitment strategies and college relations programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive recruiting activities including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates
- Develop and maintain tracking and applicant flow processes
- Partner with search firms employment agencies and place strategic job advertisements
- Build and maintain college and high school relations programs
- Coordinate employment activities with HR teams to ensure policy consistency
- Provide guidance to managers and applicants on federal state and corporate policies
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience in exempt and non-exempt staffing
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and administration
- Excellent planning time management and communication skills
- High standards of integrity and reliability
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills
