Location: Columbia SC
Salary: $100000 - $135000 / yr. (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive projects to successful completionon schedule within budget and meeting specifications.
- Coordinate subcontractors vendors and inspections; manage job site safety and quality control.
- Lead meetings with subcontractors and internal teams; review project plans and monitor progress.
- Assist in bid preparation and assess potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Mentor Project Managers and Junior Project Managers.
- Foster effective communication across all levelsinternally and externally.
- Assume accountability for project outcomes and continually seek process enhancements.

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Architecture or Engineering.
- 10 years of experience in commercial construction.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience in multifamily and/or student housing projects required.
- Proficiency in budgeting scheduling and safety management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of team management and deadline adherence.
- Comfortable working on-site in the office and in diverse project environments.
- Detail-oriented highly organized and driven by deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across trades clients and senior leadership.
