We are seeking a forward-thinking highly skilled Cyber Network Systems Admin & Cyber Security Specialist IVto lead critical system development efforts at Wright-Patterson AFB. In this advanced role you will design and evolve complex systems and tools across new and existing programs applying technical mastery and independent judgment to tackle some of the defense sectors most challenging problems.
Youll work at the intersection of engineering computer science and mission strategyguiding system architecture leading analysis and driving innovation that moves the mission forward.
Lead or participate in the design specification development and enhancement of complex systems and technical tools.
Apply expert knowledge of engineering and programming principles to define evaluate and solve highly technical problems.
Recommend architectures allocate requirements and develop detailed system specifications.
Conduct in-depth mission and functional analyses cost-benefit studies system trade-offs and risk assessments.
Formulate operational concepts and validate modeling or analytical results through independent studies.
Guide a team of engineers/scientists and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present professional-grade reports briefings proposals and other documentation for government stakeholders.
Masters degree in Engineering Science Mathematics or a closely related discipline.
A minimum of 10 years of engineering experience with a strong foundation in systems engineering and analysis.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with independence and creativity.
Broad knowledge of engineering tools methodologies and modern programming techniques.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
