Shift:
First Shift (United States of America)User Experience Designer. The Nebraska Medical Center. 600 South 42nd Street Omaha NE 68198. Design digital user interfaces and websites. Develop and test layouts interfaces and navigation menus to ensure compatibility and usability across bowers or devices. Analyze web use metrics and optimize websites for marketability and ranking. Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise wide UX design strategy. Concept design test launch and redefine design digital platforms. Plan conduct and consistently share usability research to support organizational initiatives. Follow policies procedures regulatory requirements. Bachelors or foreign equivalent in graphic design web design human-computer interaction or related along with UX or visual designer for web mobile responsive or emerging platforms with an understanding of HTML JavaScript CSS and other digital languages required. Also required is ability to plan and execute usability studies and reporting results; understanding of accessible design principles and familiarity with WCAG guidelines; ability to use industry UX design standards and prototyping tools including Figma inVision Adobe XD. Monday-Friday. 7:30am-4:30pm.
Work collaboratively across the Marketing and Communications and Information Technology teams to develop execute and optimize an enterprise-wide user experience strategy that ensures an extraordinary online experience for patients colleagues and other community stakeholders.
