About the role
The purpose of the QA Consultant role is to provide qualitative insights regarding the management of CTP Insurance Claims in our CTP Schemes to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with core regulatory obligations.
What youll do
- Conduct quality assurance audits on Personal Injury Claims assessing the quality capability and injury management of CTP and WC claims
- Utilise the results of QA audits and perform different levels of root cause analysis to identify performance gaps key business risks and emerging trends
- Actively provide constructive feedback professional advice and business insights to Business Representatives and Leadership team within Personal Injury Claims
- Follow up and monitor implementation of agreed action plans from QA reviews and root cause analysis
- Provide technical and claims management to support quality decisions and outcomes
- Engage with external clients on interpretation and calibration of QA capability / injury management reviews
What youll bring
- 3 years Workers Compensation / CTP claims experience preferred
- 3 years QA experience desired
- Advanced knowledge of Personal Injury Insurance Workers Insurance and/or CTP claims management and QA processes
- Demonstrated knowledge of injury management and return to work strategies
- Customer experience focused with a commitment to delivering a quality experience for customers
