Senior Program Specialist:
Fully remote position
3 days week 24 hours

Education:
2 years minimum college
Project & Delivery Operations
Support Sr Dir Culture Transformations analysis of Practice Director deployment.i.e. analysis of division of work assignments and responsibilities. Shared analysis to Sr Dir Culture Transformation for redeployment of work. Use and work in Salesforce to support project initiation tasks. Create project charters timelines and schedules from templates Track key project milestones and aggregate weekly project health reports from delivery leads Schedule. Support the prioritization of tasks for Sr Dir Culture Transformation surfacing urgent medium and low priorities while leader is traveling and delivering learning experiences. Broad support of any administrative tasks of the delivery technical usage of Microsoft products to include Word Teams PowerPoint etc.
Calendar & Scheduling
Manage calendar of Sr Dir of Culture Transformation. Proactively schedule time for strategic work team 1:1s and key follow-ups. Schedule internal and external meetings to include prep time agendas and recap/prep documents. Block and protect focus time for advisory sales writing and mentoring. Coordinate travel and logistics for client-facing sessions.
Administrative & Reporting Support
Prepare decks and materials for internal meetings or client advisory sessions. Create and maintain team-facing resources. Assist with drafting or polishing communications (e.g. team updates client follow-ups status reports) Support survey data collation (e.g. CX surveys team pulse check-ins) and prepare simple summaries. Expense report preparation and submissions for Sr. Dir Culture Transformation.
Scheduling Support / Team Culture
Coordinate virtual team meetings including agendas logistics and follow-ups Support recognition moments: birthdays promotions team wins etc.
Compile feedback for team member reviews tracking accomplishments pulse survey highlights and peer kudos. Keep internal team resource libraries or SharePoint sites up to date.
The pay range for this position is $22.01 to $38.65 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 4 holidays annually.
