GSOC Operator Full Time

Location:Centennial Hills NV
Rate:$32.00/HR
Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The SOC Operator position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems and emergency dispatch incident reporting and analysis and remote alarm panel programming.
Our SOC Operator positions are highly sought after. If you have experience in roles like Call Center Representative Dispatch or Camera Monitoring this is a great fit for you.
What Your Day May Look Like:
- Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
- Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
- Provide detailed written witness reports.
- Monitoring screens and security feeds.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
- 2 years of experience in a security operations center physical emergency dispatch or a related role.
- Experience with security technologies such as CCTV access control intrusion detention and incident management systems needed.
- Nevada guard card
- Strong Analytical critical thinking and problem solving skills needed.
- Must have the ability to multi- task and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Must have clear concise and professional verbal / written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to remain seated and focused for extended periods of time while monitoring multiple screens and security feeds.
