Continuous Improvement Lead

The Percy Hedley Foundation has three main sites providing specialist education adult day services and residential care to our service users. Our sites are based in Forest Hall Killingworth and Jesmond. Our Central Services are based in Forest Hall.

The Role

The Percy Hedley Foundation has an exciting opportunity for aContinuous Improvement Lead to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. As theContinuous Improvement Lead you will play a strategic and operational role in driving quality and service development across day services residential and supported living.

You will work in partnership with the Head of Service Head of Operations Programme Managers and Registered Managers championing a culture of learning innovation and excellence. You will support compliance with regulatory standards promote best practice and use data to inform decision-making and shape service transformation.

The successful candidate will have experience in aleadership or quality assurance role within adult social care working with services regulated by will need to be a highly driven and organised individual to help the foundation achieve its vision.
