Strategic Vision Wealth Management is recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join our small values-led financial planning firm. We believe in doing the right thing for our clients and with us you can make a real difference and develop your career.

What youll be doing:
Youll play a vital role in our client servicing team supporting Financial Planners with:
- Business processing and administration tasks.
- Preparing for annual planning meetings.
- Managing platform-based tasks.
- General client servicing.
About you:
Were looking for someone who can hit the ground running with:
- At least 2 years experience in admin for an independent financial planning firm.
- Strong working knowledge of financial services products.
- Ideally experience using Intelliflo together with Hubwise and Nucleus platforms.
- A positive proactive mindset you enjoy improving things and getting things done.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
