Residential Conveyancer
Location: On-Site: Lee-on-the-Solent Hampshire
Monday-Friday 9:00 am 5:00 pm (Flexible working hours may be considered)
Salary: 35000-50000 per annum (depending on experience)

Were recruiting on behalf of a specialist property law firm known for their personal touch clear communication and commitment to a stress-free process. This bespoke practice offers a stable and welcoming environment with room to grow.
Youll be joining a small but experienced team and working closely with the Director a hands-on Licensed Conveyancer in a role offering genuine autonomy and the chance to make an impact from day one.
Your role:
- Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion including:
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales purchases and remortgages
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation and contracts
- Conducting property searches and managing enquiries
- Liaising with clients agents brokers and solicitors
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management
- Keeping clients regularly updated with a friendly and transparent approach
About you:
- 2 years of experience as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Able to run your own caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of residential property transactions (freehold and leasehold).
- Great communication skills with a client-first attitude.
- Comfortable using conveyancing case management systems.
- Proactive organised and detail-oriented
