Are you a skilled Architectural Technician looking for your next challenge in a forward-thinking environment My client is on the lookout for a talented individual to join their growing team of designers and technical experts.
As an Architectural Technician youll play a vital role in the development and delivery of high-quality architectural and engineering models. Youll be part of a collaborative design-focused studio where creativity and precision go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilitiesfor this Architectural Technician role:
- Develop and manage accurate detailed 3D Revit models across multiple project stages
- Collaborate closely with architects engineers and consultants to coordinate BIM models
- Prepare detailed construction documentation and drawing packages
- Maintain and implement BIM standards and protocols
- Ensure models comply with client and industry requirements
Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with a strong portfolio of built work
- Solid understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes
- Ability to interpret and develop technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Relevant industry experience (minimum 23 years preferred)
