Were looking for a Customer Service Agent who speaks Danish and English to support our customers across the Nordic market. Youll be part of a motivated multicultural team where your communication skills will shine and your contributions are truly valued.
Handle incoming requests from Danish-speaking customers via chat email or phone.
Provide clear empathetic and helpful solutions to a range of inquiries.
Guide customers through product or service details and assist with troubleshooting.
Keep accurate notes and customer data updated in the system.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when needed.
Represent the brand with positivity and professionalism in every interaction.
Native or fluent Danish (C1) and strong English (B2 or higher).
Prior customer support experience is a plus but not required.
Comfortable using computers ticketing systems and chat tools.
A calm patient and supportive approach to customer conversations.
Residing in Spain or open to relocation (relocation assistance may be available).
