Wed love to hear from people with:
- Ability to work flexible hours based on program needs including evenings and weekends this is a front-line position requiring participation in the Child & Youth programs
- Staff supervision performance management and mentorship experience and an ability to manage conflict resolution
- Experience in Child & Youth program development implementation and evaluation
- Ability to use Microsoft Teams Word and Excel comfortably
- Experience creating staff schedules and ability to complete bi-weekly payroll and oversee departmental budget
- Experience with recruitment interviewing and onboarding staff
