Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process and track all vehicle sales paperwork
- Handle billing and invoicing for vehicle purchases
- Update and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with sales and finance departments to ensure accurate documentation
Maintain titles and MSOs for inventory
Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV
Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory
Requirements:
- Prior experience in billing or title clerk role preferred
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of DMV regulations and procedures
High School Diploma or equivalent
Automotive experience preferred
Highly organized and eagerness to improve
Willingness to take initiative
Computer literacy quality writing and grammar skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
Ability to provide quality customer service
Work with all levels of employee
Clean driving record and valid drivers license
