What Youll Do:
- Guide users through account creation booking and communication issues
- Facilitate smooth interactions between hosts and guests
- Resolve concerns and complaints with empathy and expertise
- Deliver world-class customer care and ensure unforgettable journeys
- Work with a positive energetic international team
Who You Are:
- Fluent in French and English (spoken & written)
- Passionate about travel and helping others
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Calm patient and upbeat when handling complex situations
- Open to flexible shifts and fast-paced environments
