Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Work Arrangement: On-site
Working Hours: Flexible shifts (4h / 6h / 8h per day) Monday to Sunday 09:00 17:00
Are you passionate about helping others and excited to create exceptional customer experiences for global digital platforms We are looking for enthusiastic talented individuals who are fluent in both Estonian and English to join our growing team in Sofia!
What will you do
- Guide customers through non-technical troubleshooting for major digital platforms (apps payments media etc.)
- Deliver outstanding support and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
- Collaborate in a dynamic multicultural team

- Fluent in Estonian and English (both spoken and written)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
