The Opportunity:
Saint Lukes Radiation Therapy Clinic located on the campus of Saint Lukes North is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join our team. You will work to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances while maintaining a pleasant and professional appearance and conduct.
Shift Details: 7:30am - 4:00pm
The Work:
- Answers the telephone
- Communicates messages through email or Epic
- Greets registers and schedules patient appointments
- Makes appointment reminder calls
- Verifies insurance and other patient data is accurate
- Scans and/or uploads patient information to patients electronic chart
We are seeking individuals who are able to provide backup for other positions and functions in the medical office including: medical records scheduling insurance verification patient referrals etc. and the ability to float between multiple locations as assigned.
