Identify Gaps and Deliver Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and deliver innovative partnership solutions.
Ensure Clear Communication: Maintain consistent timely updates to keep internal teams and external partners aligned on progress.
Craft Partnership Frameworks: Develop deal structures frameworks and statements of work in collaboration with STMSE leaders.
Spot and Act on Opportunities: Monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities that expand STMSEs reach and impact.
Provide Expertise: Act as a go-to resource for industry insights and partnership opportunities within the broader Stand Together network.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work seamlessly across Stand Togethers diverse capabilities from communications to issue-focused initiatives.
What You Will Bring
12 years of experience managing partnerships in the sports industry or working closely with athletes. Background in a major professional sports league with an understanding of what those leagues value is a strong plus.

Established network. Strong relationships with athletes teams leagues and affiliated organizations within the sports ecosystem.
