Our client is a leading provider of themed indoor activity centers in Singapore are seeking a creative and energetic Team Leader Park Operations to enhance the park experience through dynamic event coordination and guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and host family-friendly events parties and educational activities within the park.
- Develop and implement interactive programs tailored to young children that promote play learning and development.
- Lead engaging dance activities and performances to entertain and connect with young visitors.
- Edit audio files and assist with performance-related preparations as required.
- Support daily park operations and assist the Park Manager in ensuring a safe clean and engaging environment.
- Train and guide team members to ensure smooth event execution and exceptional service standards.
- Coordinate staff schedules and assist in managing customer service at the park.
- Ensure all play equipment and park facilities are in good working condition.
- Create a warm inclusive and high-energy atmosphere for all park visitors.
- Serve as a key contact point for event bookings visitor feedback and on-site inquiries.
- Handle any operational or customer-related issues with professionalism and care.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education event planning or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and hosting events for children and families.
- Comfortable with dancing performing and leading group activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask manage time effectively and handle administrative duties.
- Physically active and willing to work on-site including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience with audio editing and familiarity with mascot operations is preferred.
