Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Digital Transformation Specialist:
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects from concept to post-implementation review
- Identify opportunities for digital innovation to improve internal business processes
- Develop detailed project plans manage schedules and resources and track project progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct workshops meetings and presentations to ensure engagement and alignment
- Proactively identify and manage risks or issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain small applications or scripts to automate and optimise workflows
- Coordinate testing quality assurance and validation to ensure solution effectiveness
- Maintain thorough documentation including user guides process flows and project update
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience in project coordination requirement gathering and project tools (e.g. ASANA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with data visualisation or analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 5800 AWS VB (1 - 2 Months)
- Working Location: Yishun
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work Monday to Friday 8.15am - 5.30pm
