Make an Impact in Consumer Health Join IQVIA Nordics as a Client Service Analyst!
Were looking for a dedicated and talented Client Service Analyst to join our Consumer Health team in the heart of Hagastaden Stockholms vibrant Life Science hub. In this full-time role youll be a key partner to leading Consumer Health brands ensuring the success of their sales data deliveries and transforming insights into impact.
Position: Client Service Analyst Consumer Health
As a Client Service Analyst in our Consumer Health team you will be the primary point of contact for our customers providing exceptional support and guidance. You will build strong professional relationships with your allocated clients assisting them with queries support and trainings on our current deliveries. Your role will also involve ensuring accurate and timely communication of support issues to relevant departments. Some business travel within the Nordic countries may be required for trainings and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships by delivering clear proactive support on both current and new data deliveries
- Conduct research analysis and create reports to respond to client requests and inquiries
- Perform first-line data investigation
- Conduct customized client training sessions on current front-end tools
- Report internally on projects actions follow-ups and opportunities
Skills and Competencies:
- Fluent in Swedish and English (mandatory)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Client-focused with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn new solutions tools and processes
- Organized and solution-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with various BI tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience from the Consumer Health FMCG or Pharma industry
- Proficiency in an additional Nordic language
- Strong team spirit and a proactive client-focused mindset
