The Area Relief Officer is responsible for providing flexible short-term support across multiple locations to ensure uninterrupted operations during staff absences emergencies or peak times. Provide temporary coverage for staff absences across various sites in the assigned area.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations during relief assignments.
Perform duties in accordance with site-specific procedures and organizational policies.
Respond to on-site incidents or emergencies and report them promptly.
Maintain accurate records logs and reports as required at each site.
Communicate effectively with permanent site staff and supervisors.
Support site audits inspections and compliance checks.
Maintain high standards of professionalism customer service and reliability.
Travel across different locations as needed and on short notice.
High School Diploma or equivalent; further education or certification depending on industry (e.g. security license customer service training).
Prior experience in a similar relief or multi-site role preferred.
Strong adaptability and ability to learn new tasks quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Flexible with work hours including nights weekends and holidays as required.
Knowledge of security protocols facility operations or retail processes (based on the industry).
Conflict resolution and basic incident handling experience.
Valid drivers license (if travel is required).
Ability to work independently and under pressur
