The Area Director oversees the performance operations and profitability of multiple locations or branches within a designated area. Lead mentor and support managers across all assigned locations.
Develop and implement area-wide strategies to meet business goals and KPIs.
Monitor financial performance including budgeting forecasting and P&L management.
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and industry regulations.
Conduct regular visits to each location to review operations and provide guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR marketing and logistics.
Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement and cost optimization.
Manage staffing levels recruitment and training initiatives across the area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients vendors and stakeholders.
Prepare detailed reports and present area performance to senior leadership.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field (MBA preferred).
5 years of experience in multi-unit management preferably in retail hospitality or service sectors.
Proven leadership and team development skills.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and profitability.
Excellent communication analytical and decision-making abilities.
Ability to travel frequently across the assigned area.
Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
Strong understanding of local market trends and customer needs.
Change management and strategic planning expertise.
