The Apparel Outfitter is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by helping customers find the right clothing and gear for their needs. This role involves merchandising restocking and maintaining the apparel department while promoting a positive shopping experience.

Greet and assist customers with apparel selection fitting and recommendations.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
Restock shelves and clothing racks with merchandise.
Ensure the apparel area is clean organized and visually appealing.
Accurately process sales transactions using POS systems.
Answer customer inquiries regarding sizes styles and product details.
Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to supervisors.
Assist in setting up floor displays and promotional signage.
Uphold company policies safety standards and dress code.
High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Previous retail or apparel experience is an advantage.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical ability to stand lift and move apparel for extended periods.
Knowledge of apparel brands and outdoor/lifestyle clothing.
Bilingual (optional but a plus).
Basic understanding of visual merchandising.
